Climber lives for everist

Hiker Donald Harns survived a ‘fatal tale’ from his climb up Mount Everest, Donald told the press at today’s conference that he wanted to climb the mountain because he saw a rainbow end and that he wanted to get the fairy’s pot of gold.
Mr Harns climbed the mountain only a few weeks ago, he didn’t bring any gear (like oxygen barrels, climbing gear etc) he claims he only brought his sweater (shown in picture) and a slice of his wife’s famous pork berry pie.
“My misfortune started when I stopped to eat my lunch, it was lovely and then it was gone just like that and whatt’d ya know I had eaten it!” He laughed
“I had climbed a few metres after lunch, I let go of the cold rock that I happened to have grabbed on to and I fell, maybe I should have put on my wife’s home made knitted gloves!”
He says when he was near the top he slipped and fell all the way down the mountain into a bush at a forest floor, he then claims that a bunch of killer bees attacked him until he ran into the closest river. A bear then chased him out of the water and into New York where he put himself in hospital. His story is one that is bizarre and true.

Last year
